Please have your valid passport handy, as the information must match exactly the official document used to enter Machu Picchu.
Deposit
To confirm your reservation for a tour, package, or the Inca Trail, a deposit is required.
You can make a secure payment via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
At the bottom of this page, you will find a quick payment link along with step-by-step instructions to complete the process.

Payments with PayPal
How it works
You can make your deposit or full payment quickly and securely via PayPal, using your account or any linked credit/debit card.
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation.
Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 30 % is required to confirm your tour or package.
The outstanding balance must be paid by 2 days before the start of the trip.
PayPal charges a commission of 5.5 %, which is payable by the customer.
Confirmation
After making your payment via PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
Please ensure that the name on your payment matches your passport, as this is required for the issuance of tickets and official permits.

The name on the payment must match exactly the name on your passport or ID, as it will be used to issue official permits and tickets.
In case of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Balances may be refunded according to our cancellation policy.
